For the management degree in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations, you need to obtain at least a three year’s Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern or any other study-pattern fulfilling the requirements of 15 years of formal education) across disciplines from any recognised college/university. You must obtain a ‘Pass Class’ in the Bachelor's Degree.
