More than 200 students got 99 percentile in boomer 2018 in UR category how will they get seats
The admission and seat allottment process would be based on the entrance exam along with the marks obtained in the class 12. So it is not possible that every student got 99 percentile have the same marks in each subjects. Who have scored the highest marks in class 12 and JIPMER entrance exam would be getting the better choice of colleges and rest of the students have less choices. So according to the merit rank and HSC marks the students will be allotted the seats and that is why the 50-50 criteria is adopted generally.
