Mtech or MSc is better for become mobile inventor

M.tech is better if you are into mobile and gadgets. Engineering if its done with interest, it is the good course. Instead of M.Sc , it is better if you opt for M.Tec if you want to become mobile developer.

In order to do M.tech, you need to enroll first for B.tech. How do you get into B.tech?
You can get into B.tech by taking up JEE mains paper. Yes, If you qualify in JEE mains Paper , then many of the top colleges take admissions based on your JEE mains score. Once you qualify, you would also have greater chance in joining National Institute of Technology anywhere in INdia.
It is better to do B.tech in one of the top colleges like NIT suratkal, PES University, BITS PILANI etc.

By doing B.tech from top recruited colleges, there is high chances of getting placed in better area of jobs. Since there are many engineers in INDIA, yet, your interest can get you into one of the top colleges.
