According to me your percentile is very less as you want admission in PDPU and NIRMA their rank cutt of is approximately 30000. So If we find out your rank from this percentile then by using our predicted rank formula

So your rank would be = 150604 approx
From this rank you are not able to select for NIRMA or PDPU.
According to me you must try the second attempt of JEE 2019 in April and if you score above 85 percentile then their are chances to qulaify for NIRMA or PDPU or NIT.
