Hey kaushik, goverment job nowdays is considered to be very essential due to its benefits. There are many sectors of goverment jobs like Defence, Banks, etc, it depends on your choice of interest and ability to get that goverment job. So, i would suggest you to try for defence services like Indian Army as it still rewards you with a pension after retirement. Whereas other goverment jobs won't give you pension after retirement.

There are many government jobs available in India you just have to qualify there exams and criteria so you can get a government job.If you are graduated you can go with PCS Exams which have different posts of government and you can try CRPF,CAPF exams or CDS,AFCAT exams for defence officers or the important you can try giving UPSC CSE exams which are best in government.
