My 0verall 12th(Bihar board 2019) marks is 78%(390/500) but marks in chemistry is only(61/100),Am I eligible for jee advance?

Yes you are eligible for jee advance because your Total number is enough for Bihar board top 20 percentile , last year Bihar board top 20 percentile is 293/500 in general category and OBC 287/500 Soo you are 100% eligible for jee advance ,

secured 75% aggregate marks in 12th class in following subjects..
A- Mathematics
B- Physics
C- any one from { Chemistry, Biology, Biotech}
D- Language { any one which has highest marks}
E- any one except above four with highest marks.
2- Under the selected candidate according to jee mains selections which is approx 246000 this year
