My 2020 mains rank is 80.99 percentile...And I have OBC-B caste...can I get any NIT??

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. This score seems enough to qualify the exam as OBC category but chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc. You can go for state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.
