my aadhar is not updated and I do not have any other valid government ID how do I fill my CUET registration form becuase my phone number link with Aadhar has been lost and it could not be retrieved due to some issue and i have given it to get updated but it has not been updated yet what should i do

You will have to go to the UIDAI website to retrieve your phone number linked to your Aadhaar card. The possible retrieval steps are listed on the website.
