my actual score is 18.667 ...and my percentile score is 62.387..which one is considered for college admission... i want to join girls college will you prefer me a good womens college for this marks

You have not mentioned which exam you are indicating. as far as your question indicates, you are saying about TANCET as they have normalized or percentile score and actual score. TANCET has released result for MBA/MCA and MTech. you have not mentioned any stream.
if you are saying about MTech then you can apply for government college or for Anna University and it's branch college. specific girls college won't be available as mostly colleges are co-ed.
