My age is 31 year and should I go for MBA?

Actually instead of going for full time MBA you should go for executive MBA. Executive MBA is especially made for guys like you who want to do MBA after a good experience. Many a times company itself send it's employee to do executive MBA and take burden of all the expenses. But in your case the situation is different becuase you are a school teacher so you would need to bear expenses by yourself.
Why I am not recommending you full time MBA because most of the companies prefer freshers or the students with 1-2 years experience in their company. I am currently studying in 2nd year at IIM Kozhikode and I have seen my batchmates who were having more than 3+ years work experience struggling to get an internship during my first year. They might also face problem in final placements which hasn't been started in my college for my batch. Also in my junior batch one of the student was same like you who was aged joined full MBA programme and unfortunately he signed out from internship placements as he wasn't getting any company's shortlist.
Whereas for my college only executive MBA program runs at another campus in Kochi. Placements there are pretty good and you will have a very good chance of ending up with a good job.
So I highly recommend you to do executive MBA program from a premier institute rather than doing full time MBA program.
All the best!!

Akshay sir my decision to change my field pharmacy to finance is worth or not ? Will I able to get job after MBA finance as a fresher in banking and financial sector ? And I also have less budget for MBA approx. 5lac and due to some reason I was not applied for CAT. My preparation for mat is also not so good . I am a married person . And the growth in my pharma field is very slow and very less scope . Should i go for MBA from a private college tier 3 or 4 type?
See you can definitely get a good Job in banking sector but believe me going in tier 3, tier 4 college wouldn't be worth of doing MBA becuase these colleges generally have 4-5 lakh as an average package and that too is CTC, you better know what will you gey in hand. So I will strongly recommend you to go to premier institute only for MBA so that you can end up with a good Job and doing MBA becomes worth to you.
Regarding fees you can easily get loans at a very cheap rate if you are in a premier b-schools. They even offer loans without any guarantee because of the trust that a student from a premier b-school will end up with a good job.

I am very thankful to you for such a valuable advice. Can you plz suggest me some good college?
All the old IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Kozhikode, Indore are good for doing executive MBA program. There are many top reputated private colleges are also there like FMS Delhi, SP Jain, MDI Guragaon, JBIMS Mumbai etc. But I am not sure whether in these private colleges any executive program is running or not.
If you can get admiration in FMS or JBIMS then your money problem will also be solved. FMS is one of the b-school with best ROI. I don't know about executive MBA program but in 2 year full course it's fees is only 20000 for 2 years and average package is around 20 Lakh per annum. In JBIMS Mumbai also fees is very less.
