The cutoff of NEET for General category PWD candidates is 146-129. The is the qualifying cutoff and to grab government medical colleges seats you'll atleast require a min of 400 marks. So it won't be possible for you to get admission based on your rank.
I'll recommend you to appear for NEET next year and prepare thoroughly for it so that you can get seats in good medical colleges. You can refer to the NEET knockout plan which can help you with your preparations
