my AIR is 284439 in neet ug ,is there any chance of mbbs

At this rank, I think it's a good idea to keep other courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or even BPT in mind, since they usually have lower cutoffs and more availability.

I would suggest not skipping the counselling process. Even if the chances are less, sometimes things work out in the later rounds, especially in your home state quota if seats remain vacant.
