My AIR is 338719 and from sc category i am decided to take drop for neet 2021 ! is there is any chance for andaman and nicobar medical college till mop up round of aiq?? or i forget to fill another rounds !and prepare for 2021?

I would recommend you to apply for the college as not a single chance should be missed but also in case if you don't get a seat then you have your second option of drop and prepare well for next year.
