Hello aspirant,
Your rank is too high and you want a seat through ALL INDIA QUOTA. So the chances are very less. Though the cutoff is low in Karnataka but through state quota. Through All India Quota it's quite good. So the chances are less. You can try for management quota seats in the private colleges if you are not alloted any seat through counselling.
