Hello Gowtham, if you see the last year's NEET pg trends it is seen clearly that 9963rd rank got MD Anaesthesiology in Rabindranath tagore medical college in udaipur in general category, and 9948th rank got the same even in MMC chennai under ST category so yeah , you can definitely get with 9900 rank, and there are many good colleges like AIIMS,JIPMER,PGI,MMC,BMC,MAULANA AZAD, etc
just make sure that you do your PG in a good college with superspeciality options like Cardiology,neurology, so that you will be exposed to those areas of expertise and helps you with your further studies, good luck
