There are few factors that determine the cutoffs. As you haven't mentioned the state you belong to or your home state, it's quite difficult to predict the cutoffs. Now if we go through previous few years' data, then it would be difficult to get Computer science Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering in any campus if you don't belong to the state where the campus is. As the closing rank for other state candidates are quite high, it's around 6900 for CSE in Amrithapuri campus and 5500 for ECE. For Coimbatore campus it's even more higher. So if you don't have state quota in any of the three states i.e. Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka it would be difficult to get into Amrita University. And for state quota candidates, the closing ranks are low, over 12000 for CSE in Coimbatore, near 16000 for CSE in Amrithapuri, and 10000 for CSE in Bangalore campus so you have chances of getting your desired branch if and only if you have state quota.
