My amrita rank is 8640.i am from andhrapradesh.in which amrita campus I have scope of getting CSE or ECE?

Well from andhra pradesh you will fall under open quota and with a rank of 8640 from open quota chances of getting cse or ece at amrita at any of the campuses is almost negligible according to previous years cut off analysis(generally goes max to max upto 6500 for these branches)but you should monitor the seat availability status published on website once counselling process starts, to get a better idea of prospects since cut off ranks vary every year based upon no of students who actually participated in counselling how many left the seat etc .
