My ap eamcet 2019 rank is 6000 and I have white ration card..now i am studying in a self finance college in Andhra University can I get fee reimbursement?pls answer

I would like to inform you that you are not eligible for a fee reimbursement because self financing colleges in Andhra don't usually give fee reimbursement even if you have a white ration card.
