If this case has happened then I will suggest you to immediately contact to the centres. You can contact to any nearby Help line centres. Also you can check on the official website of AP EAMCET and contact them there. If this doesn't work then write an email demonstrating your problems. Then they will revert you back in 1-3 days. But best is to cotact HLC's for clarifications. Once they consider your issue they will refund back the amount in the source bank.
