My birth date is 10 may 2002 then i am eligible for neet 2019.Because neet exam is on may 6 and i will complete my 17 yrs on 10 may?

According to NEET UG Guidelines, A candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.
This means, that for NEET 2019, you should be at least 17 years old on December 31, 2018. Which means you should have been born not later than December 31, 2002.
