My brother got 129 marks and he is obc(bce) is there any chances to get govt bds seat in telengana

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 390 under AIQ & 380 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 27k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College

The minimum qualifying score for NEET UG 2019 for OBC candidates is 107. Since , your score is more than that, you are eligible for NEET counselling. But getting a government BDS seat seems impossible for you because the minimum expected score to get a govt. Bds seat is 500 . As your score is much less than that , you should try for deemed universities.

You  also have poor chances for private colleges as the minimum expected score to get a seat there is 300.
