If you want to withdrawal your allotted seat then go to JoSAA official website and submit your withdrawal request or otherwise go to any reporting centre like NIT raipur also and submit your withdrawal request. After few days, CSAB will announce the special rounds schedule. If you want to get good institute then you can participate in CSAB special round. Hope it helps you.
