The cut-off for 2019 is not out yet but we can get a rough estimate based on previous years' cut-off trends.
The estimated cut-off in government colleges for BAMS is considered to be about 425-450 marks for general category students. The cut-off marks for OBC category students is lower than this.
Your brother has very good chances of getting admission is a government college because he has scored good marks if he wishes to pursue BAMS, and the fact that he is from OBC category is an added advantage.
