My brother is studying Bsc.computer science he didn't apply for first graduate fees concession so i get the concession or not?

Hello Arumugam. The first graduate concession is only given to a student if he is literally the first one to graduate in his family. Since your brother is already studying a B.Sc degree, you are not eligible to apply for the first graduate concession. But your brother can apply to it because he is still studying. Try approaching the college of yours with this problem. Always there is a way to solve a problem. So do not lose hope and try your best.
