My cast is SC in west bengal but we came to Chhatisgarh 20 years ago and I have state domicile certificate and dob certificate of Chhatisgarh, so in NEET 2021 should I choose SC or General

Kindly go by the rules that are given for your state. Check under which section General, OBC or SC your caste is listed in Chhattisgarh.
