- First of all you are SC candidate, you are so lucky for that, because government will more concentrate on SC people.
- You can apply any type of courses & Exams like JEE mains, EAMCET(TS,AP) , Groups, etc...
- The benefits are the cut off marks are less by comparing to other caste people.
- For example, for OC cut of marks is 100 in JEE mains , but SC people cut off marks 40.
- So, you have to prepare well and secure good marks.

Being an SC candidate, you belong to the reserved category, The only advantage for you is that your General rank will decrease considerably and since admission is based on your category rank you have chances of getting a good college even after getting low rank in ALL INDIA RANKING. In some colleges there are some percentage of seats reserved for each reserved category.
