As per your scores in neet 2019 it is difficult for you to get a government bvsc college. Last year the cutoff for obc category under aivpt counselling for bvsc was 288.
You can apply in private colleges also. But firstly go for aivpt counselling it can be you will get a seat under state quota. Hope for the best. For any other query you can ask us.
