Your CGPA is not good. You need to have very good GRE score. Even very good gre score won't benefit if they compare your CGPA. So, you need to get very very good gre score so that you can be able to discriminate from others at this parameter, so that you can get admission in good college. You may look for college which has no bar for minimum CGPA.
