Your child might not be eligible for the Telangana state quota as she did her 11th and 12th outside of Telangana. To be eligible for the Telangana state quota, she should have completed 10th and 12th from Telangana. But she did her 11th and 12th from Bhopal, she will come under the All India Quota, unless you provide a Telangana domicile.
