- education in the establishment in the regional place for 4 successive years culminating with an appropriate exam.
- aspirant's schooling was done in establishments in Telangana for 7 continuous educational years finishing with an appropriate exam.
- aspirants lived in Telangana for the entire duration of ten years after eliminating the duration of education outside the province or guardians have inhabited in the province for ten years eliminating the duration of jobs out of Telangana.
- These candidates will acknowledge a 15% unreserved allotment.
