my CMR-4755 Obc-1157.councelling is called on the basis of CMR right? then how catogory rank is considered?is there seperate councelling?

The counselling process and the seat allocation process is always conducted on the basis of Category rank.
The ranks that would be provided as the closing rank of a particular stream are the category ranks.
And there is no separate counselling for that.
