My CMR is 1190 and my cateGory rank is 817 General....can i have a chance to get admission in bf.tech??

With this rank it will be next to impossible task to get into NIFT's for Bfetch course ( Considering General).
I am saying on the last year basis as the least preferred NIFT was Kannur and the closing rank was around 550.
Had it been Bdes then you would have easily got NIFT.
