Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then he has good chances of getting admission in mysore medical college in karnataka through state quota .Laat year the cuttoff marks for general category was 443.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
