Yes you should participate in JAC Delhi counselling. You have chances of getting seat in spot round of JAC Counselling.
Here are some cutoffs for last year (OUTSIDE DELHI)
- NSUT IT closed at 18715 EWS rank
- NSUT MAC closed at 8965 EWS rank
- NSUT ECE at 20859 EWS Rank
- NSUT EE at 24931 EWS Rank
Similarly there are chances in other colleges as well. You should apply as you have chance in spot round.
