With this rank, your chances of getting a good college or top government colleges is almost low. You can't get any NIT/IIIT or any other college under the JOSAA or CSAB counselling. You may try for your home state college but chances are less.
I would suggest you to try in state level counsellings but chances of getting a college in those too are less.
