Hello Ritik, there are only two colleges in Bihar which accept students through JEE Mains Marks. IIT Patna and NIT Patna. Given that you have not qualified for JEE Advanced, you will not get IIT Patna. Also, the cutoff for NIT Patna is very low than your rank. Therefore, getting admission in any of the government colleges is not possible for you.
