My crl rank in jee mains is 274183 and i am belong to obc ncl and also i am belong to bihar. Can i get nce nalanda, gce gaya or bce patna?

I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any reputed college of engineering like bce patna or nce nalanda .
But you can get seats into gce gaya with your jee score of 274k .
As rest two colleges are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission .
