my cutoff is 165 i am MBC community i want bsc cardio technology

With 165 cutoff and MBC category, government medical colleges for B.Sc Cardiac Technology are honestly very difficult because cutoffs usually go much higher.

But you still have good chances through government quota seats in private paramedical colleges during Tamil Nadu counselling.

Colleges like SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre and Vels Institute of Science Technology and Advanced Studies can be realistic options through private/direct admission.

So overall, government college is unlikely, but private colleges through counselling or management quota are definitely possible.
