my cutoff is 189 bc. Can i get instrumentation & control engg. in psg college?

At PSG College of technology the cut off marks last year for gen was 61.33 , for sc ,st and OBC it was 56,35 and 47 respectively. So you can surely go for the counselling process because you are eligible but if I'm talking about rank then last year for instrumentation rank was near between 3k to 6k.
