Hello,
You didn't said about the entrance you appeared. Your rank is good. Search for government colleges which accept the entrance you have taken and check your rank is in the range or not. If it is apply for those colleges. If your rank is even nearer to some colleges cutoff rank then also apply for them too. The cutoff changes every year. You can get a good college for sure as per your categorical rank and your domicile reservation.
