My daughter got 335 marks in meet 2019 belong St (TSP) category.can she get a government college in Rajasthan.

The score is too low. If we consider the previous year cutoffs then she cannot secure a seat in government colleges for both MBBS and BDS. But she has chances in private colleges. she may get a seat.
