My daughter got 4029 rank in AP EAMCET.Did she get a seat in SVU tirupathi,in CSE or mechinal?we r OC.

First of all congratulations for your rank.
If you are local for the SVU region there is a dome chance, but if you are not local to the region then I don't think there is any realistic chance as cse and mechanical are most sought out branches in SVU. Better try for other colleges.
