Mam,
Ur daughter had not scored that much marks that she can grab a seat in Delhi gov colleg. As competition is much more in Delhi so chances to fetch a seat in gov college is not there. Also the main reason is that this year's paper was pretty easy so it's quite tough for her.
I would rather suggest to apply in BHAMS/BAMS in ur state or through management quota in private colleges
