My daughter is OCI card holder. We have settled in India now and she has studied from Class 1 to 11 in Maharashtra . She is preparing for NEET . Will she be eligible for taking admission in medical colleges under indian citizen quota after NEET in any of Maharashtra colleges ?

Yes, your daughter may be eligible for Maharashtra state quota in NEET if she has studied and passed 10th and 12th from a recognized school in Maharashtra and fulfills domicile/residency criteria. Early education abroad (Class 1–8) usually does not affect state eligibility, but official proof of local study is required.
