Hiii

If you are permanent residents of Maharashtra despite kolkata being your hom town, you can apply for a domicile certificate in Maharashtra. Once the domicile certificate is verfied by the Maharashtra Govt. you can use it for Neet State Quota in accordance to the rules and regulations laid down by the state.
