My daughter scored 77 in JEE-MAIN 2017 with a CRL rank 125529. Can she get admission CSE, ECE, IT or EEE in any of the reputed colleges.

Chances are very less to get CSE branch. You can try in private colleges of other states like Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan etc.

As a general category according the score the chance is low to get admission in reputed colleges for top branches. You can also check the previous year cutoff which is given in below link.
