Hi,

Yes, if your date of birth is 14 July 2006, you will be eligible to apply for UPSC CSE 2027. UPSC requires candidates to be at least 21 years old as on 1 August of the examination year.

You must also have completed or be in the final year of your graduation as per UPSC eligibility rules.
