You should choose Maharashtra as your state of eligibility.
This is because,
Your state of eligibility has nothing to do with your native place or the place of your residence, the state from which one passes 12th is his or her state of eligibility.
Now that ,
you have passed you 12th from Maharashtra so your state of eligibility will be Maharashtra.
