When it comes to branch, CS, IT and ECE are placement oriented branches. So choose according to your interest. CS and IT are both almost similar except for some difference in the 2 or 3 subjects. Cutoff ranking for CS will be higher than IT. Choose ECE if you are interested in electronics subject. ECE is comparively a difficult branch in terms of syllabus amount, number of hours of classes, number of practical hours. So choose as per your passion.

When it comes to college cutoff varies for different colleges and different branches. Then research about colleges in terms of placement records, fees, infrastrucutre and facilities and then decide.
