You can try doing msc is you want another chance to get better grades like in the top 80% or I suggest you to start doing small internships or looking into opening a start up provided your plan gets proper investors funding.
Small internships are available online and you can easily find them. Try gathering experience and since you had pcm you should try doing courses on Machine learning or learn a few coding language from YouTube for free give tests and get certificate to increase your market CV value.
